Job Description

* Lead the planning and implementation of Vanguard client projects
* Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverable s per client's need
* Define project tasks and resource requirements
* Track project deliverable s and communicate with client sponsors to deliver on time and within scope and budget
* Provide direction and support to project team
* Provide client recommendations
* Provide project management expertise throughout entire project
* Prepare the sub-contractor contract and liaise with the sub-contractor team/company
* Draw the scheduling for appropriate timing of each project
* Checking Actual Site Situation, PO to Account Dept
- Mange Site Safety and cleanness
- Checking for testing and commissioning for all systems involving in each project
- Prepare handover documents ( as built and schematic drawing, master quotation etc
* Prepare weekly site progress report and submit to GM

Job Requirements

BE/AGTI (EC or EP)
At least 3 years experience in engineering related field
Age between 30 to 40 years old
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
