The Project Manager takes responsibility for delivery of project execution on Microsoft Dynamics & related technologies. The role requires deep project management experience in both consulting & support organization, broad technology knowledge, and the ability to facilitate the successful deployment and support of a complex solution across multiple business teams within an organization.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will help identify, pursue, and close issues/risks, while continually driving add-on business within existing accounts. To accomplish this, the Project Manager must be effective in fostering senior level relationships, demonstrate value through services delivery, effective communication and continuously strive to improve service levels for our customers, within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources.

The Project Manager is a key enabler for the success of an engagement, orchestrating Microsoft consultants –onsite/offshore, and partner staff. They manage the complete lifecycle of large and complex projects, and have a passion for customers that is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.

The Project Manager leads her/his team, the customer, and the project’s delivery partners. She/ he must have good grasp of project management best practices to drive best in class experience for the entire customer lifecycle. The Project Manager is responsible for executing customer (Statement of Work, Conditions of Satisfaction), Microsoft (needs of all internal stakeholders), and the vision of Enterprise services Delivery to steer a path that meet the needs of all.

Minimum Required:

• Strong project delivery background with more recent experience as Project Manager in successful IT projects implementation
• Able to work independently and adapt quickly to a results-oriented environment
• Ability to manage and execute multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendor having strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
• Able to develop detail project plans, monitor the progress of the project as the plans, and ensure the accomplishment of the project with the quality standard
• Direct job experience with the use of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, etc.)
• Provide consulting services to customers for both pre-sales and after-sales
• Able to handle realistic plan to changes to project scope, project schedule, and project cost report and escalate to management on the project accomplishments

Skills and/or Training Desired:

• Bachelor Degree in computer science or PMP certification or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in IT Related Field.
• Possess positive Attitude, good interpersonal skills, customer-oriented mindset.
• Critical thinking and effective problem solving skills.
• Planning, organizing and coordination skills.
• Negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Ability to work and cope with challenges and under pressure to meet targets in a fast-moving, results- oriented environment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English(Must Require).
• Must have ERP System and experience.
