 To organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
 To plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish.
 Assessing project and resource requirements
 Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
 Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
 Determining quality control standards
 Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
 Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
 Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
 Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
 Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
 Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
 Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable, estimate costs, monitor performance of site and sub-contractors, take necessary measures to improve performance
 Oversee, engage and direct construction work, sub-contractors and construction labor service providers to ensure completion in time and within budget .
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
 Take ownership and responsibility for project site.

 Bachelor/ Master degree in Civil Engineering
 More than 8 years experience including 4 years in project management experience
 Experienced in construction projects, more preferred in factory projects
 Expert knowledge of all facets of the construction process
 Excellent time and project management skills
 Familiarity with quality and health and safety standard
 Good in communication and negotiation skills
 A team player with leadership abilities
 Good oral and written skill in English.
 Age between ( 35-50 ) years.
