 Able to do entire project management, estimate the project cost and take care of project quality management
 Informing to and coordinating with other managers and CEO for significant support to the company
 Collaborating with NTT Data Group offices such as NTT Data HQ in Japan and APAC region
 Able to create the training plan coordinating with HR manager and other line managers
 To take responsibility for project members evaluation

Job Requirements

 At least 8 years’ experience in System Development and at least 5 year experience of project management
 System Development Experience in Java Projects (Spring MVC or Struts, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSP, SQL, etc.)
 Project Management Experience of tasks scheduling, quality control, progress and issues management
 Project planning, reporting, problem solving and communication skill.
 Can manage resource of 30-50 members ( Large sized project on multiple medium sized projects)
 Good command of English, and can communicate in Japanese (JLPT N2 and above)
