Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identifying and following up on all potential leads and targeted projects.
• Managing and coordinating of the outputs of tendering support towards achieving the unit’s tendering goals.
• Overseeing for reviewing the drawing and necessary information, directing timely preparation of tender submissions.
• Preparing and following up on tender clarification submissions.
• Evaluating the technical requirements and assigning portions of the scope to various subcontractors and suppliers by mitigating the company’s risk exposure.
• Preparing tender vets, commercial and technical write up on the offer and ensure to receive relevant information for tender.
• Co-operating in estimating and preparing accurate schedules of prices.
• Dealing with the Client’s key person for tender wining.
• Developing winning strategy plan of targeted projects for tender award.
• Compiling and submitting reports on tendering feedback monthly.
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends in co-operation with Business Development Department.
• Performing any other ancillary and other duties that may be reasonably assigned by the company’s Senior Management, as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate (or) Bachelor’s degree of ME Civil, BE Civil, advanced degree (MBA) is beneficial.
• At least (7) years of experiences in road and bridge construction operation management with strong commitment.
• Excellent English Four Skills.
• Outstanding coaching and leadership skills.
