• To achieve revenue target as per project stages
• Maintain the expenses so it cost effective as overall project financial status
• Make sure day to day operational running in effective and efficient way and continues improvement
• Manage of all staff involved in the projects
• Lead and manage a business project
• Develop a right strategy to run the business
• Make plan, manage day to day activities of staff or related parties
• Control all project staff and related parties activities, execute strategic plan to achieve objectives
• To lead a business project, manage daily activity of projects from sales, marketing, human resources,
operations and coordinate with IT team regarding software related with the projects

Job Requirements

• Must have minimum bachelor degree
• Must be fluency in English
• Relatively high computer literacy specially in Office tools. Programming skill is advantage
• Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in business lead or sales in related industry
• Planning, Teamwork, Motivational Fit, Decision Making, Building Confidence, Coordination, People Development, Empowering others.
• Understanding about Human Resource Management
• Conceptual thinking and Data Analysis
• Have business acumen, understand knowledge of sales and marketing
• Customer focused and customer service management
• Hard worker, good networking, passion in business
