Project Planner at Leading Construction Material Production Company in Yangon

• Planning construction project and dealing with contractors
• Salary up to 2,500,000 MMK + other allowance


About the Company

Our client is the leading Construction Material Production Company providing the quality products and services to customers


The Role

• Coordinate Project Team and Contractors, use the project breakdown structure to identify activities and tasks
• Develop a Summary Master Schedule which will set down the main time parameters for the various stages, i.e., design, procurement and construction
• Prepare schedules for Monthly report, S-curves to Indicate trends
• Attend progress and planning meetings, monitor contractors against their own schedules

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
• At least 5 years of working experience in Major Construction Projects
• Must strong in Contract Management, Cost Management and Supplier Management for factory and steel frame projects
• Good English skill and background experience in monitoring HSE works (Actual Audits Vs Planned Audits.)
