Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Process Improvement Area:
• Understand what are the company's continuous process improvement goal and philosophy
• Be the trainer in continuous process improvement training
• Participate and lead in continuous process improvement activities per company's goal
• Understand basic problem solving concept
• Demonstrate ability to perform problem solving method tools (DMIAC, PDCA, FishBones Diagram, 5Whys, 5S, etc) in day-to-day problem solving
• Provide technical support to Operations & Maintenance.
• Make timely decision and recommendation

Project Management Area:
• Participate in new project implementation activities per guidance of supervisor
• Participate in new project training & learning
• Take part in implementation of operation improvement projects
• Monitor the progress of projects on timeline and quality and raise critical concerns and improvement on projects if applicable

People Development Area:
• Explain and train people on the problem solving or process improvement methods proposed
• Understand and teach people on Standard Operating Procedures: Mfg SOP, Quality SOP, Safety SOP , etc.

- Engineering (preferred Mechanical or Electrical)/Supply Chain/Logistic Background
- Strong Analytical Skill with 2+ years work experience
- Willing to learn
- Want to do hands-on on the factory floor
- Willing to station at Factory Site
