Lead the relationship with the customer and end users providing confidence in our commercial and Technical abilities
Understanding customer requirements, goals and supplier selection processes
Ensure the timely and professional presentation of per qualification documentation
To identify suitable project targets in the sectors by continuous research and constant awareness in the marketplace
Liaise with Project management, Contract, and purchasing personal during project implementation
Reporting to BOD on a regular basic
Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all governmental regulations, cooperate safety guidelines
Planning and executing civil engineering and building projects
Planning design and day to day running of construction projects undertaken by the company
Ensure timely delivery of projects according to schedule

Job Requirements

At least 5 years in Marketing and Building Projects
Graduated with Bachelor or Diploma in Business Management is preferable
Experience in Sales and Marketing (Home Appliances Bath and Kitchen) Field
Must have a Driving License
Proficient in English
Able to Provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people
Creative Talent and Excellent Problem Solving Skills
Ability to handle Pressure and meet deadlines
Skills in Prioritizing and training obligations
Excellent in Teamwork, Leadship and Perform independently
