Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1. Studies and analyses the Client’s drawings and searches for areas of improvement.
2. Discusses the Client’s drawings with the Projects Manager and gives recommendations.
3. Identifies the necessary information required to prepare the Site Design Pack.
4. Prepares the Site Design Pack according to the Client’s specifications.
5. Follows up and coordinates with the Projects Coordinators on the necessary information required to prepare the Site Design Pack.
6. Identifies the necessary documents required to prepare the C-Module (As Built) documents.
7. Prepares the C-Module (As Built) documents according to the Client’s specifications.
8. Follows up and coordinates with the Projects Coordinators on the documents required (site pictures, Site drawings, etc) for the C-Module (As Built) documents.
9. Supervises the Design Office personnel’s work.
10. Updates the Projects Manager on the Site Design Pack and C-Module (As Built) documents’ progress throughout their preparation.
11. Files all Site Design Pack and C-Module (As Built) documents.
12. Saves and backs-up all Site Design Pack and C-Module (As Built) soft documents.
