Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Plan, lead and follow up nationwide recruitment of the Brand Promoters based on the company needs for all channels.
• Support and guide the promotion coordinators team in their day-to day duties.
• Drive and track targets set, review and report of sales achievements of the Brand promoters.
• Track top line of daily performance of the team.
• Plan, evaluate and analyze existing and potential coverage nationwide.
• Coaching and development of the Promotion coordinators team
• Ensure all required functional support to the BP team: uniform, make up, transportation
• Plan, implement and report on the budget allowance
• Ensure on time communication and tracking of the Sales Cycles execution nationwide.
• Ensure effective communication with key stake holders – Sales, Channel marketing, Brand teams, Finance, HR, Procurement,
• Provide reports upon a request
• Close cross functional cooperation with Sales, Finance, HR, CA, Procurement and Marketing teams
• Follow and comply with Life Saving Rules

Regular reports:
• Monthly BP Incentive, Attendance, HR data, IFCAD
• Lead advance and claim back according to the functional need
• Summarized Sales Cycle execution feedbacks (depends on the Sales Cycle activities)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree preferably related to Business Management
• 2-3 working experience in FMCG and managing people (directly)
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, presentation skills
• Excellent Leadership skills
• Recruitment & Selection experience
• High sense of urgency
• Discipline, Planning and time management skills
• Stand for his ideas, company values.
• Coaching and development skills
• Myanmar language is a must
• Business proficiency in English
