A Big Opportunity for ...

•To manage to open the best new stores which can be focus upon crowded area , good demographic location of each township/ division as per budget opening plan and need to check the logistic ways for the store locations
•To focus and review the renewal and new stores with our decision maker and all BU groups by FFA analysis and sale achievement of all stores
•To manage the liquor license update situation and information and also purchase / apply process.
• To manage the YCDC Biz license update situation and information and apply process of renovation approval and new stores ..
•To manage the leasing which new and renewal stores s’ contracts and for negotiation with all landlords of new and renewal stores
•To control & manage the ADV , expense and outstanding amount of projects department
•To control & manage all documents which are all contracts , renewal expiry , update rental price

Job Requirements

- 5 plus years of relevant working experience
- Should have a good communications
- experience in the commercial property market in Myanmar
- experience in licensing
- experience in property/rent negotiations
- Great working attitude and a team player.
