Require to visit the sites regularly to solve tower site related issue
Manage to transfer payment to land owner
Liaise with Government and local Authority
Solving legal and permitting issue especially for land property documents
Regular follow up between internal department for lease payment status and documentations
Manage to update the tracker daily
Directly report to Property Management Manager

Job Requirements

Good communication and negotiation skill with Government, local authority and land owner
Business English level
Any Graduate (Preferably Lawyer)
Wide knowledge related with permitting process, legal documents and contract
Good computer skills (MS office)
Strong team player and able to work under pressure
Outgoing personality and able to interact with any levels of working area
Flexible and willing to travel anywhere in Myanmar Region
