An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Anticipating, coordinating and following up on events;
As our media ambassador you will secure strong partnerships with both local and international media and professional associations, positioning the company as a leader.

Communicate with Media (TV, Radio, Newspapers, Magazines etc.) and Agents (Advertising companies, Consultants) to execute Corporate Communication activities
Make press releases and prepare Q&A, communicating with relevant business lines and PR agents
Arrange interviews & speeches for management exposure with Media and draft speeches
Make annual roadmap for events, media meetings and social responsibility activities
Any ad-hoc duties assigned related Public Relations and business initiatives
Plan the backlink process prior to release, to ensure media engages with the company website
Design consistent communication approach to be implement across the company to ensure communication of all staff to out
Ensure quality of PR events and activities, as well as any corrective actions for problems during the preparation and implementation phase

Job Requirements

Must be experts in customer service, capable of answering questions
Degree holder in marketing and related subject
Proactive problem-solving skills
Resourceful in finding information
A trustworthy and direct team player
Keen learner with a 'can-do' working attitude
Understanding of the local and regional business environment and media scene, and
familiarity with digital and social media platforms is an advantage
Strong presentation and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadline
A minimum of two years working experience in social works, media, customer services, NGO are preferred.
Excellence in computer, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and emailing is essential.
Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills in English.
Good knowledge on using camera and photography is preferred.
Able to work office related jobs as well as willing to visit field when necessary.
Strong interpersonal, people oriented and able to work with various kind of people including poor.
Must be able to conform to organizational core values, core documents and standards.
