- Manage day-to-day product orders by analysing the stock quantity level and consumption rate. - Ensure that the stock outs are avoided whilst minimising overstock- Liaise with suppliers and ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships- Prepare and execute Purchase Order documents, including the preparation of internal approval documentation using computerised systems- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Bachelor’s degree qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or Logistics), or equivalent knowledge, skills, ability and experience. - Experience in managing contractors and suppliers- Fluent in English language oral and written communications- Competent in the use of MS Office Applications.- Experience in computerised inventory control systems are highly desirable.- Effective interpersonal skills
