To obtain monthly quotations from the approved suppliers and review competitiveness in terms of quality, quantity, price, credit term, limit and on time delivery
To update the approved unit prices and quantities on monthly basis
To track and review raw and packaging materials on time delivery by the approved suppliers
To update monthly usage of raw and packaging materials based on the approved purchase order (PO)
To identify new suppliers that are competitively with the approved suppliers
