Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Collecting and maintaining information of suppliers and their products,services.
-• Asking quotations from suppliers in the “list of approved suppliers” for the required PR.
-• Clarifying and negotiating with Suppliers and discussing with General Manager Plants to find the best option.
-• Preparing Purchase Order (PO), contract and sending to General Manager Plants for review and approval.
-• Sending order information to concerned departments.
-• Following up on the delivery of the purchased materials and making sure that meets the original requirements in terms of quality and quantity.
-• Collecting required receiving document and submitting document to Finance.
-• Handling the buying issues with suppliers if any.

Job Requirements

- College graduate or higher; OR Interested candidates with qualified diploma in purchasing;
- Basic knowledge of computer command (including Excel, Word, Microsoft etc )
- Interested candidate with good command of reading, written, spoken in English and Myanmar is preferable;
- 2 years or above in Purchasing & Management experience
- Good working knowledge of sourcing local suppliers;
-Other Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong leadership skill and training skill;
- Sound negotiation skill and communication skill;
