Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Generate purchasing order in ERP system based on purchasing requisition
• Confirm specification with the technical department for any technical queries
• Negotiate pricing, lead time and purchasing condition with supplier
• Maintain the momentum of delivery, communicate with suppliers, parts warehouse and logistics departments to agree on delivery dates
• Check correctness of supplier invoice
• Minimize backlog and follow up
• Coordinate with sales team and warehouse team

• Good organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of procurement
• Be able to work accurately with great attention to detail so that they process orders quickly and efficiently.
• Must be good communicators, working with other departments
