• Check the site staff has established/update the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Check the site staff has established/update the works/ method statement and checklist before the start of the project.
• Check the quality documentations at site are in order.
• Conduct site inspection on those works done by our sub-con/site staff whether meet client’s requirements/specification.
• Maintain the New Sub-con and Supplier records and documents.
• Prepare and update the Approved Sub-con and Supplier list.
• Attend client/main-con’s QA/QC meeting, site walk, complaint and other issue related to quality.
• Liaise with third party inspector/main-con QA/QC staff on quality matters, site inspection and audit.
• Monitor/update the site memo and ensure that the site staff has follow-up all until closure.
• Carry out inspection of the works at site.
• Check the material requisite and work order are process accordance to the IPM(Integrated Project Management) procedure.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent
• Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented individuals with proven track record in the building industrial
• Execllent communication skill and able to work with all levels
• Able to work in fast paced environment
