-To ensure the quality of incoming raw materials according to set standards.- To ensure to conduct nosing and tasting section as and when required.- To ensure the proper and efficient operation of the QC by resource planning, deployment and coaching of staff.- Monitor and control the effective operation of the Incoming raw material , Water Treatment Plant and production process.-Assist in new raw materials development and new supplier development for raw materials -Assist QAM/QCM in FDA application process. -Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.-Lead in charge and line QC to follow procedures / work instructions / other quality assurance system in controlling product quality. As and when necessary review and update procedures and work instruction by consulting immediate superior-Guarantee process compliance to Quality Management system to ensure product conformance to specific standards and consumer confidence. -Responsible for conformance of operating condition to avoid wastage and rejection. -Maintain quality production process ,water treatment plant; safety and housekeeping (5S), Ensure that the health and * safety guideline are follow.-Assist in training of the local supplier quality control training, new QA/QC .-Ensure that the health and safety guideline are follows.
-Preferably minimum a degree in Chemistry,IC, Food Technology,Bio-Chemistry or in food related fields and BE(Chemical)-Must have 4 years experience in QA field (Food & Beverages industry).-Good knowledge in quality management systems .(ISO 9001:2000), Food -Safety Management System (ISO 22000-2005) -Active English (Four Skills) -Must be use Microsoft Office Package.(Word,Excel,Powerpoint) -Quality Orientation -Safety Awareness -Food regulation(health plus and advertising and marketing regulations)- Good team concept skills
