Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

The QA manager will be responsible for Quality Assurance of the product and all application/preparation process for food-related application. Especially for the GMP, HACCP, ISO, FDA and other application and renewal of the license.
1. Construct and maintain the Quality Assurance System to keep the food safety.
2. Set the quality standard for raw material, semi-product, and final product.
3. Check the raw material to use product by checking quality, document and factory inspection.
4. Monitor daily raw material inspection by liaising with QC team.
5. Check the compliance with Myanmar food law and standard.
6. Monitor the pest control situation and propose the solution.
7. To communicate with FDA and apply the FDA license.
8. Apply and maintain the HACCP/ISO license and prepare for the audit.
9. Apply and maintain food related license if necessary.
10. Analyze the customer complain regarding quality issue.
11. Take the lead for 5S/cleanness and worker safety/health.
12. Prepare the document for export regarding the product information.
