Key Accountabilities

1. To liaise with construction team to ensure all inspection and testing requirements are fulfilled and work quality is achieved in order to meet client’s requirement as per the contract.
2. To liaise with client’s representative on site to ensure all inspection and testing requirements are fulfilled and complete work quality is achieved in order to meet client’s requirement as per the contract.
3. Assist the Project Director/Manager in determining the quality and environmental objectives and targets for the project.
4. To ensure all QA records are completed and compiled for submission to client with regards to completed work quality in order to meet client’s requirement as per the contract.
5. To liaise with construction team to ensure quality of products/supplies/services by sub-contractors meet the specified requirement at source with regard to completed work quality in order to meet client’s requirement as per the contract.
6. To assist QA Manager to coordinate the implementation of the Emrail Management System through the implementation of the project quality plan in order to meet the company’s internal policies and certification to international standards.
7. To assist QA Manager to coordinate the implementation of Quality Control System through the collation/compilation of data pertaining to the system performance to ensure continuous improvement in order to meet the company’s internal policies and certification to international standards.
8. Carry out scheduled inspection/ random spot checks on product/work quality being achieved and report results/ make suggestions for improvements, if appropriate.

Job Requirement

1. Degree in civil engineering/ building technology/ construction management
(Degree and/or Certificates in Quantity Surveying is preferred)
2. Minimum 3~5 years Experienced
3. Business English Level
4. Can work/travel in Myanmar /work outside Yangon
5. No association with gangs or criminal organizations
