Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections.
• Checking all materials received on the site as per approval.
• Testing within the required specification and monitoring the frequency of testing.
• Managing the Contractor's Site works.
• Review all inspection reports for compliance.
• Lease with the site construction engineers and provide assistance when requested.
• Prepare defects notification issue.
• Prepare non-conformance report (NCR) to the QA/QC Manager and assistant in developing correctives actions.
• Dealing with client representative QC inspector about building handover process.
• Issue defects notification and supervise to rectify those defeats within defects within Defect liability period.
• Review work procedures method statements for compliance with good work practives and the customers contract specification.
• Attend and records Meeting of Minute at the weekly QC Meeting & site coordination meeting.
• Registering the incoming and out going documents regarding about QA/QC which means ITP,
• Defects, NCR, MOS, MS., Dwg.
• Briefing for QA/QC toolbox to the contractor.
• Communication to the contractor through email sending

• ME or BE (Electrical Power)
• At Least (3) years’ experience in construction field.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, Understanding of basic design calculation.
