Quality Management System (QMS)

To assist QA/QC Manager in the QMS policy for laboratory testing and calibration to meet ISO/IEC standards and regulatory bodies' requirements
Assist to plan and conduct management review
Manage change and traceability
Act as Management Representative of the company (related to quality standards)

Quality Assurance

Assist to plan and manage internal auidts on department's quality system compliance
Assist to plan and co-ordinate for external assessment (e.g., MAB) to achieve /maintain accreditation
Assist all non-compliance and findings from internal audits, and external assessment

Compliance

Lead internal audits to audit for compliance :
- Documentation including equipment maintenance regime
- Work procedures and standards

Job Requirements

- Experience in Testing, Engineer background (Civil)
-Able to have English 4 skills (Reading, Writing, Listening,Speaking)
-Understand test standards/specifications
-Team Building and Planning of audits/assessment
-Sensitive to the industry or market change
-Knowledge of quality management system (QMS)
-Understand Internal Quality Auditor
-Able to use MS Office, Excel and Internet , Email
-Know, understand and comply with ISO/IEC/MAB requirements
-Able to review and analyses reports
-Able to develop, implement, review and improve contorls and processes related to QMS
-Know Products and services offered by the company
