• Review products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvement can be made
• Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure quality

• Quality & WHS Management Systems are followed as per certification standards
• Motivate and mentor all members of RJE to follow and apply the use of the Integrated Management System
• Motivate and mentor all members of RJE to follow and apply the use of the Quality and WWHS Management System Principals to maintain certifications
• Support project teams with any system and documentation requirements, also in the delivery of handover documentation
• Ensure quality, technical and WHS records are maintained
• Manage all document control functions within the organisation which includes an overview of project specific work
• Completing the Quality & WHS aspects of tender and prequalification works
• Carry out their roles, responsibilities and accountabilities as detailed in legislation and RJE WHS policies and procedures
• Obey all procedures or any reasonable directive given in relation to WHS at work
• Carry out their work, using the equipment provided, in a manner which does not present a risk to themselves, others or to the environment
• Comply with all RJE WHS policies and procedures

Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree – any Degree (more prefer Engineering Degree)
• A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in a similar role
• General Technical knowledge & skills
Special Skills
• Fair English speaking and writing skills
• General working knowledge in all required Technical skills, particularly quality assurance
• Knowledge of all MS software packages such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS project essential.
• Good team-work player with sense responsibility
