The Role

● Implement product quality plans to ensure the company objectives are achieved and product licenses are renewed on time to minimize business influence
● Handling product complaints, quality issues and Filed Safety Corrective Action
● Follow up on relevant customer complaints or problems and recall product
● Ensure the manufacturing processes with standards at both national and international level
● Report directly about quality, Safety test, problem and actions on time
● Make instruction and solutions to other departments related QA/RA issues
● Act as the local contact to corporate understanding of Myanmar Regulatory requirement to certify compliance

Job Requirements

● At least 5 years of experience in Retail and FMCG industry background
● Bachelor’s degree of Food Science and Pharmacy or related field is a must
● Must be able to communicate well with English skill
● Must have a solid knowledge of food technology, QA technique and consumer goods laws
● Must have good computer skill i.e. (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
