Myanmar’s leading bank is looking for a QA Team Lead to help develop and manage the system to ensure the quality of all IT system operations.

Duties & Responsibilities
*To implement and manage the testing processes and methods to ensure the system run with quality
*Create and modify the testing methods to tracks and measure bugs, errors, technical mistakes, and performance.
*Responsible as a leading role for QA Team in establishing and supporting project goals, tasks, and priorities
*Oversee all aspects of quality assurance to ensure standard quality is met

Job Requirements

Skills & Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in B.E (I.T)/B. Tech (I.T) or other related studied fields
*Minimum 4 years of working experience as QA lead in any industry. Highly preferred to have experience in Financial Service Industries
*Possesses excellent negotiation, management skills, is detail-oriented and Tech savvy.
*Fluent in English, possess great communication and content writing skills.
