Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Experience / Skills required
• Responsible for colour activities such as colour rendering evaluation, colour tinting/ matching, colour formulation development, colour data registration, formulation calculation, colour panel preparation, colour approved panel spray out & colour update.
• Regularly maintain colour matching database, update and guide local unit to comply supportive work.
• Monitor stock level of all toner & laboratory 5S equipment
• Work closely with Main colour lab ( GCC ) for all color formulation upload activity.
• Ensure all colour matching process follow standard procedure such as colour registration, toner selection, mixing ratio, spraying techniques & colour approve process.
• Update monthly colour matching report.
• Implement Good housekeeping ( 5S ) to ensure meet laboratory safety requirement.
• Ensure well maintained on all laboratory equipment & apparatus.
• Responsible for periodic calibration of instrument & equipment in good condition as a colour spectrometer device, weight scales & hand spray gun.

Job Requirements

Qualification / Education required
• 0-2 year of colour matching experience or similar experience related to colour science / colour management.
• Knowledge in basic colour panel preparation process such as toner mixing, formulation calculation & spraying techniques.
• Good communication skill and ability to work with minimum supervision.
