Job Description

1. To liaise with client’s representative on site to ensure all inspection requirements are fulfilled and complete, work quality is achieved in order to meet client’s requirement as per the contract.
2. To ensure all QC Inspection are completed and compiled for submission to client with regards to completed work quality in order to meet client’s requirement as per the contract.
3. To liaise with construction team to ensure the quality by conducting the required inspection on the works/materials/supplies by sub-contractors to meet the specified client’s requirement as per the contract.
4. Coordinate the site inspection/laboratory testing.
5. Ensure QC Inspection and test reports are produced and stored by the QC Document Controller/Supervisor.
6. Assess subcontractor/supplier for conducting the required Quality control inspection and testing for compliance with the contract requirements.
7. Conduct regular QC inspection to avoid backlog, and submit the report regularly to QA/QC department.
8. Regularly coordinate to QC Engineer regarding on various inspection and testing requirements and parameters.
9. Client’s approval on inspection and test report completed for each work phase.
10. Delay in project completion, i.e. payment, issuance of certificate of completion.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in Civil Engineering with experienced on construction and QC site inspection works.
2. Must have minimum 1 years experience in related field.
3. Relevant working experience in the civil construction/inspection on construction industry.
4. High level of Proficiency in Business level English (TOEIC Score 600+)
5. Problem-solving skills
6. Strong Coordination Skill
7. Analytical and result-oriented
8. Computer literate- MS Excel, database program/spreadsheets
