1) Implement the QA/QC management system
2) Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors coordinate all non destructive testing
3) Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters
4) Coordinate all receipt inspections
5) Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to production
6)Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
7) Participate in internal and external audits
8) Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors
9) Ensure all quality control documentation is complied and competed for as-built hand over through the QC
10) Control all non conformance reports and undertake remedial action
11) Review the customers specification and undertake relevant training to the QC inspector
12) Monitor the implementation of the approved QC Plan
13) Ensure the safety is adhered
14) Responsible for technical support covering all TOA products
15) Interact closely with Sales & Marketing team to understand customer requirements and problems
16) Analyze root cause of each technical problem receiving from customers and dealers and
and provide effective solution and new product introduction to internal and external parties
17) Other duties may be assigned as required

1) Education Level Bachelor degree of chemical engineering
2) Experience Minimum 5-7 years experience in QC
