Job Description

- According to the quantity plan of the company, make QC work plan and organize the implementation, assist the department manager to lead the daily management work and ensure the normal operation of the department.
- Plan and organize the implementation of the management objectives to reduce the cost of production quality, and assist the departments to carry out and implement the quantity improve work.
- Assist production workshop to reduce loss and improve production process.
- Assist in the controlling of raw materials and suppliers.
- Maintain good relationship with relevant government departments and control the changes of law and regulations related to the company's product quantity.
- Manage, guide and train subordinates and build the professional team that meet the needs of the company.
- Complete other ad-hoc assign.

Job Requirements

- Graduated with Industrial Chemistry, Food Chemistry, etc.
- Minimum over 2 years experience in food factory
- Good communication in English
- Have some certificates related to inspector qualifications
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
