Job Description

• Perform familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, etc.) and utilize software to calculate, record, and track inventory and estimates
• Responsible for review structural drawings and prepare quantity needs
• Responsible for estimate quantity and costs of materials
• Responsible for prepare contracts and documents
• Responsible for set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials
• Perform negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
• Perform Hire and document contractors and subcontractors
• Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers
• Keep track of construction materials and inventory
• Perform Document progress, materials, and reports on project
• Desire to work with a spirit of teamwork to help build the company in our early years

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering
• At least 6/7 years experienced for QS and Contract management in actual construction site
• Good communication with foreigners and fellow workers
• Hardworking spirit and strong communication skills
• Good leadership skills are beneficial
