A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

• Reviewing Interior Fit-Out Construction Drawings
(Understand Interior Material finishes, Design drawings 2D plans, Joinery details drawings)
• Prepare Project budget.
• Control project budget in check
• Ability to negotiate the cost of projects
• To request Additional cost variation order (VO) submit to Director.
• Cost control & Cost benefit Analysis
• Drawing up contracts with vendors
• Assist in any contracts administration duties related to QS
• Risk analysis evaluations

•Diploma, Certificate or Bachelor in Quantity Surveying
•Minimum Experience of at least 3 years*
•Ability to understand design drawings 2D plans, joinery details drawings
•Team player
•Able to work under tight schedule
•Proficiency in Autocad 2D, 3D,
•Proficiency Microsoft Excel
• English Communication a must
