To Manage a team of Quality Control members in to ensure quality and safety of products Manufactured by Goldennet from sourcing to product despatch
The work will include the below tasks :

. Coordinate the activities of all the Quality Control operations ensuring that the checks and inspection procedures are effectively conducted and recorded and any non conformity is investigated and appropriate corrective action is introduced.
. The compilation of all Product Specifications.
. Carry out supplier screening audits.
. Head the HACCP meetings and compile appropriate flow diagrams with relevant CCP’S
. Ensure that all relevant Documents are appropriately controlled and filed.
. Coordinate the activities of production supervision and QC staff to ensure Safe working practices are maintained at all times.
. Ensure the Documented Hygiene regime is effectively carried out and report any deficiencies to relevant person.
. Interact with all Relevant heads of departments such as Engineering , Testing , Production, Hygiene , Human Resources to ensure all people involved in the process have the relevant training to carry out their tasks effectively.
. Ensure a safe environment is created and maintained to meet the company objectives and Customer expectations.
. Have a good knowledge of current Global Food Safety Standards and introduce the fundamentals of safe food production.
. Ensure the products manufactured meet the agreed signed off Specifications to suit customer expectations.

A degree in Food Science or Food related subject, at least 5 years experience in similar position as Quality Assurance Head in a manufacturing Industry or as Certified Auditor as GMP, HACCP or higher accreditations
In depth knowledge of HACCP, Document Control, Maintaining Quality Records, Conducting Internal Audits, Quality Control, Good Communication and Coordinating skills, Supervising the QC team, Handling Customer Complaints, Product traceability, and Product Recall, Dealing with any Nonconformity and subsequent corrective action.
Be able to devise a suitable QUALITY POLICY and maintain all aspects pertaining to company objectives regarding Product safety and quality
The position requires Good Communication skills and will report to the Management directly
