Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• QA needs to understand the nature of new product and service by having a meeting with project lead or understand document
• QA needs to prepare testing plan included both normal scenarios and abnormal scenarios as well as product flow
• Wait for IT confirm testing date
• QA test based on the plan which already prepared
• QA summarize all issue found during testing
• QA prepared summary report and send out to all relevant department
• If there are any pending issues not yet ready, IT needs to fix those issues
• Then IT confirm to QA for re-test again
• QA will test again after IT fix the issues
• QA prepare summary report again to close the testing if the second testing is success
• After confirming from QA, project leaders will take New Product Launch Form for all relevant sign-off
• The Project lead will announce to launch new product in the market
• Mystery Shopping Plan
• Monitor the potential risks and alert the concerned management for any possible situation development of being sued.
• Assist the Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of risk and compliance issues.
