RESPONSIBILITIES

• A software quality assurance tester (QA) reviews and analyzes system specifications
• Prepare test plans together with QA Engineers and develop test cases
• Review, revise and update the test cases as required
• Prepare data set for prepared test cases
• Execute test cases (manual or automated), analyze results, document the defects
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance of the product features
• Design plan to test potential human errors in an manual testing
• Prepare for KT session to other team members and teams
• Execute both manual testing and automated testing

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Able to create test cases, test scenarios, and execute
• Able to understand requirements easily
• Able to identify compliance with requirements
• Review User Interfaces for Consistency and Functionality
• Able to identify potential problems users may encounter
• Able to Identify areas of improvement
• Critical thinker, Keen observer, Attention to Detail
• Good at bug finding, priortising tasks

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Knowledge & Skills

• Good communication skill

• Experience in banking sector is a plus.

using bug tracking tools also preferable

Languages

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
