-Ensure Distribution Centre Operation is Compliant to Myanmar Health and Safety (HSE) Standards / Global Standards as Applicable.
-Escalate HSE risks to top management and implement Corrective actions within a defined timeline.
-Engage with Clients for Quality/Safety Audit of all distribution centres.
-Engage Cross functional leads/ Distribution Centre Staff to Sustain and improve HSE Culture of the Organization.
-Engage with Regional Supply Chain quality team during Distribution center Audit and implement Corrective actions within a defined timeline.
-Define and implement a HSE Training Plan for the Supply Chain Organization.
-Monitor HSE KPIs and ensure continuous improvement of Safety Performance.
-Lead a cross functional team to ensure implementation of Business Continuity plan.

Job Requirements

- 4 to 7 years of Industry Experience
-Must have good Communication Skills
-English Proficiency is a must(Reading and Writing)
-Should have Strong Negotiation and Persuasive Skills
-Bachelor’s degree holder.
