Job Description

* Ensure that the organization's quality management system conforms to GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000 Standards

* Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect safety and quality of the company's products

* Lead a team of Quality Supervisor, Technicians and Inspectors

* Work with customers, employees and contractors to develop product requirements

* Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g, results of quality audits, corrective and preventive actions) including the need for improvement

* Conduct periodic management review meetings

* Oversee product recalls/customer complaints

* Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/ calibration of monitoring and measuring devices

*Keep up on food standards, regulations, issues and news with respect to product safety and quality

Job Requirements

* Bachelor's degree

* Good Communication Skills in English

* Coaching and Mentoring Skill

* A good knowledge of manufacturing procedures, material identities, quality system

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to employees, suppliers and customers

* Good practice in organizational, analytical, problem solving and management skills

* 3-5 years of Quality Management Experience in a manufacturing environment (Experience in Food Industry is highly preferred)
