-Measuring of quantity taking from drawings.
-Sourcing of quotation for sub contractors.
-Drafting/ Preparing sub-contractors letter of awards letters, sub-contracts agreement.
-Preparing for making claims, and sub-contract accounts administration.
-Interviews of sub-contractors and preparation of subcontractors' claims

-At least Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying.
-At least 2 years of related working experience.
-Civil engineering and construction knowledge is preferred.
-Able to work at Thilawa Special Economic Zone area.
-Prefer candidates who stayed from Thanlyin and Kyouk tan area.
