A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

• Responsible for estimating for civil work Superstructure and `Architecture Work quantities as per drawing & specification.
• Preparation for the pricing according to BQ items for the whole project
• Asking Quotation to the supplier for pricing and negotiate price with them
• Supervision with design drawing with AUTO CAD Software
• Preparation & submission for the site progress to client
• Attending the site meeting and tender interview,
• Assist in pre/post contract administration, the preparation of tender documentation and pricing.
• Prepare and assist in monitoring the progress claims and payments.
• examining if any significant variations may be the result of a scope of work error.
• prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, bidding quotation list,
• involve for bidding information collection, in accordance with the requirement of tender document, master drawings & Specification.
• sourcing , evaluate and negotiate with subcontractor
• Subcontract to offer organize the subcontract price negotiation

Job Requirements

- B.E (Civil)
- Must have over (3) years experiences in QS position. (especially government tender.)
- Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS application.
- Good in construction knowledge
- Able to travel any site area
