A Good Opportunity for ..

• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs for projects
• prepare quotation, bills of quantities, contracts, budgets and other documentation, Project Schedule
• Billing to client based on % of completion of the project
• Ensure meticulous of costs/ schedule of all project activities
• Identify risks surrounding the project and the likelihood of cost variation

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Professional Certificate in QS/ or others related diploma
• Minimum 1-2 year of working experience in buildings construction
• Able to read drawings
