Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Mainly in charge of supervising quantity surveying of civil construction project
- Responsible for Planning ,Monitoring and administrating the QS plan
- Solve any QS issue and make solution
- Managing Cost control & cost benefit analysis.
- Risk analysis evaluations.
- Negotiating the cost of projects.
- Report to Project Manager about the process of project
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

- Must have at least 10 years working experience as Quantity Surveyor of building construction.
- Must have at least 2 year working experience of supervisor level
-Prefer to have working experience in Japanese organization.
-Must be able to read Auto CAD 2D
-Must be conversational level in the English language
-MS Office(Excel, Word)
