• Responsible for preliminary estimating the development projects’ cost, budgeting, contract quality and risk exposure.
• Actively interact between owner, consultants and contractors.
• Oversee pre and post construction contracting and tendering operations such as preparing tender documents based on client requirements or FIDIC basis, quotations, reviewing and tender clarification.
• Advise and give opinion in respect to client development plans and expectations including indicative cost budgets and appraisals.
• Operate procurement activities including assembling and seeking agreement to long and short tender lists/issuing tender documents/running competitive tender process/contributing to structured and documented tender evaluations/contract recommendations/tender complaints.
• Identify possible risks, recommend and implement risk mitigation solutions in compliance with regulations and contract conditions.
• Assist Project management team in preparing early warnings/instructions or compensation events.
• Do any ad-hoc jobs and any other job related tasks as required.

Education
• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Electrical or Quantity Survey
Experiences
• 5-7 Years experiences in Quantity Survey Works
Knowledge
• Overview knowledge of the nature of business and their flow.

• Contract administration/ FIDIC
• Costing Standard Forms
• Claims management
• Overview knowledge of M&E installations & designs
• Microsoft Project
