Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Fullly in charge of quality surveying
- Prepare tender documents, contracts regarding to FIDIC RED, budgets, bills of quantities and others
- Liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
- Work around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget
- Prepare and presenting design proposals to clients
- Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
- Vist sites to check the project on progress
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

- Must have over 3 years working experience as Quantity Surveyor
- Must have worked for FIDIC RED project
- Must be conversational level in the English language
- Must be able to travel
