 Support and monitor technical staff team to collect, update Mytel station database and competitors.
 Survey and propose solutions for death point coverage and Assist and supervise technical staff of the network quality testing team periodically.
 Directly check the quality of the network on demand unexpectedly.
 Monitor and instruct technical staff to handle errors that cause network degradation
 Recessed area management (update, track progress of handing death point) and Directly handle difficult errors.
