An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Collect, test probability (10%) and manage station databases (station numbers, locations, design parameters) of Mytel and its competitors.
- Collect, test probability (10%) and manage Mytel coverage and competitors
- Directly design and survey macro stations.
- Receive network quality alert from branch in charge from the Quality Survey Board
- Analyze the cause and take corrective action.
- Supervising and assisting technical staffs of the branches and deputy branch's deputy branch staff to overcome the deteriorating network quality; Direct testing of difficult case handling.
- Research and test new parameters and features, apply them to improve the quality and increase the efficiency of using network resources.
- Participate in training courses, seminars organized by partners.

Job Requirements

- Having deep knowledge of 2G GSM and 4G LTE Radio Access Network.
- Understanding the KPI of 2G GSM and 4G LTE network: Fomular, meaning of counter.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
