- To design and develop new product and processes
- To seek suitable raw materials and packaging materials for product development
- To arrange sample as per sales or customer request
- To conduct periodic product analysis, sensory evaluation, shelf life test & optimisation study when needed
- To update documents such as specifications in accordance to food standard
- To arrange and conduct production trial run at factory
- To participate in creating, launching, implementing new products
- To improve existing product formula & processes
- To participate in benchmarking and testing competitive produces to grain relevant information
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

- B.Sc. (Food Engineering) or B.SC. (Diploma in Food Science and Technology) or B.Sc. (Industrial Chemistry) preferably with experience in
flavouring/seasoning.
- Male or Female
- Age between 25 to 35 years old
- Willing to learn & obedient to Superiors
- Proficient in English
- 3+ years experience in Manufacturing field
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Growth minded
- Can travel around the Myanmar for business trip
