• Manage receiving activities since unloading, checking and put away with efficiency and accuracy
• Manage picking and dispatching activities with following the expected productivity and accuracy.
• Monitor inventory level in warehouse and cooperate with production planning team to fulfill stock at agreed stock level
• Ensure all the warehouse equipment is in good condition and able to support operations activities at all time
• Tracking and monitoring the staff attendance record, leave record and late record and conduct the staff attendance review if need.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse management
• Experience using Warehouse Management Software
• Extensive experience using MS Office (especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership with proven records of successfully manages a large group of staffs and contractors.
• Able to develop a teamwork environment, and be an effective team leader as well as a team player.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, multitasking, and able to work well under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills and able to perform tasks accurately and reliability with excellent attention to detail.
• Service-minded with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of business English communication in verbal and writing.
