Job Description

Promote, explain, and sell the project products in the exhibition center, complete the scheduling tasks, achieve the sales goal.

1. Responsible for the reception and consultation of customers, and provide customers with real estate consulting services;

2. Accompany the client to the house, understand the client's needs, provide suitable housing, and conduct business negotiations;

3. Responsible for services such as business follow-up and house transfer formalities;

4. Responsible for the company's property development and accumulation, and establish a good business collaboration relationship with the owner.

Job Requirements

- Require a Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, marketing, or any other related field.

- Require well versed in conducting property price negotiations to reach a profitable bargain
- Knowledge and keen interest in property market dynamics, local conditions, customer preferences and current trends
- Strong inter-personal, organizational and presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- English is  preferred and must also be able to confidently communicate in Mandarin and Myanmar
