Job Descriptions
1. Sales accounting
- Based on delivery notes and daily report sales on sales software to make sales on accounting software.
- Coordinate with payment accounting to properly record the objectives of customer payment.
- Issue sales invoice when requested by customers or at the end of each day (for customers who do not need invoice)
2. Receivable Accounting
- Check all payment discounts, trade discounts, sales rebates, and sales returns to match debts exactly with customers.
- Monitor and request payment from customers according to contract schedule.
- Daily reporting of delinquencies from customers/ASM to the company's chief accountant and directors.
- Prepare monthly debt reconciliation to check receivables with ASM and customers.
3. Goods
- Check the imports and exports of goods between the sales software and the accounting software executed by the warehouse every day to ensure data consistency between the two systems.
- Review and approve out-of-stock requirements of sales managers according to import / export process.
- Conducting periodical or irregular goods inventory at the warehouses.
4. Other
- Coordinate with the Sales department to collect money directly from the customer with the order is of great value
- Create customer code on accounting software
- Keep all the sales contract; Sales policies and promotions

- University graduate in an accounting/Auditing/Financial major.
- Experience: 2-3 years of Receivable Accounting experience at trading companies.
- Good acknowledgement of financial accounting, laws, tax, and regulations related to the state's financial and accounting activities.
- Good skill in Word, Excel, accounting software
- Fluent English speaker.
